Neo21 Scores is built with your privacy in mind. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app, and we tell you exactly what that is.
Neo21 Scores never asks you to create an account, and we do not sell your information. The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob; Neo21 Pro subscribers see none.
Neo21 Scores collects minimal data to provide its core functionality. Specifically:
We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
Neo21 Scores integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its features. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
Serves the advertising shown in the free version of the app. Collects advertising identifiers and ad interaction data. Not used at all by Neo21 Pro subscribers. See how Google uses this data.
Provides real-time match scores, fixtures, and standings. Requests are made through our backend proxy. No personal data is shared with this service.
Powers AI-generated match analysis and the conversational AI Assistant feature. Match data (team names, scores, stats) is sent for analysis. If you use the AI Assistant chat, your typed messages are also sent to Google Gemini to generate a response. No personally identifiable information is included in either case.
Used to surface match highlight videos. Standard API queries are made without transmitting personal user data.
Hosts our backend proxy server that securely manages API keys. Standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps) are retained per Vercel's privacy policy.
Manages all In-App Purchases via StoreKit 2. Apple's privacy practices govern payment processing. We receive no financial or personal data from transactions.

The free version of Neo21 Scores displays ads served by Google AdMob. Neo21 Pro subscribers see no ads at all.
Tracking. The first time you use the app we ask, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. We respect your answer:

Europe, the UK and Switzerland. Users in these regions are shown a separate consent form before any ads load, as required by local law. You can reopen that form from the app at any time to change your choices.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Data is shared only as described in Section 2, and only to the extent required to operate the app's core features.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
Your app preferences (theme selection, favorite teams) are stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time by deleting the app.
Push notification tokens and the match IDs you follow are stored on our server only while alerts are enabled. Turning notifications off, or deleting the app, removes them — Apple invalidates tokens automatically on uninstall and we delete any token Apple reports as invalid. We keep no other server-side database of user data. Crash reports and anonymous analytics are retained by Apple per their standard data retention policies.
AI Assistant conversations are processed by Google Gemini in real time to generate responses and are not stored on our servers. Recent messages are kept locally on your device for continuity and can be cleared at any time using the delete-history option inside the AI Assistant.
Neo21 Scores is rated 4+ on the App Store but is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Because the free version shows advertising, we configure our ad requests so that ad personalization is limited where applicable law requires it. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Since Neo21 Scores does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete on our end. For data managed by Apple (purchases, analytics), please refer to Apple's privacy settings on your device under Settings → Privacy & Security.
